Parkish Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Parkish (“Parkish,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your trust and takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, join as a member, attend events, or spend time in our space.

This policy applies to our website, membership and booking systems, in-person experiences, and related communications.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly: Name, email address, phone number; membership and account information; payment and transaction details (processed securely by third-party providers); communications with us (emails, forms, support requests); event RSVPs or waitlist submissions.

Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our website or use our digital tools, we may collect IP address, browser type, and device information; pages visited and time spent; cookies or similar technologies used for analytics and site functionality.

Information Collected in Our Physical Space: Parkish uses video surveillance cameras in certain areas of the space for safety and security purposes. Cameras are not used in private areas such as restrooms.

Children’s Information

Parkish is designed for families, but our website and digital systems are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. Information about children may be provided by a parent or guardian as part of membership or attendance. Parents or legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s information by contacting us.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and manage memberships; process payments and transactions; communicate with you about your membership and events; provide customer support; improve our services and operations; maintain safety and security; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted third parties as necessary to operate Parkish, including payment processors, membership and booking platforms, website hosting and analytics providers, email or messaging services, and security and IT providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety or rights of Parkish and others, or in connection with a business transfer.

Photography & Video

Parkish uses photography and video in two distinct ways. We treat each separately.

Security Cameras (CCTV): Parkish operates video surveillance cameras in certain areas of the space for safety and security. Cameras are not used in private areas such as restrooms. Footage is retained for sixty (60) days unless required for an active investigation or legal matter, after which it is automatically deleted. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Requests for footage must include specific dates, times, and locations and are subject to legal and privacy considerations.

Marketing & Promotional Photography: From time to time, Parkish takes photographs and records video at the facility for use in marketing materials, our website, social media accounts, and similar communications. We only use images of identifiable members or guests with their explicit, opt-in consent, which we collect through our waiver. We do not identify any minor by name in marketing materials without separate written permission. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing info@parkish.nyc; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove identifiable images from future use, but cannot recall materials already in distribution.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable core website functionality, understand site usage, and improve user experience. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

Marketing Communications

By providing your email address through our website, waiver, or other Parkish forms, you consent to receive marketing communications from Parkish, including newsletters, event invitations, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing will not affect transactional or service-related communications, such as booking confirmations and account notices.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for operational or legal purposes.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your personal information, request correction or deletion, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will notify members by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Parkish services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
